About EMP Coaching
EMP Coaching provides targeted, actionable feedback to classroom teachers working with the Explicit Mathematics Program, delivered remotely, with no school visit required. Whether your school is looking for a light-touch, cost-effective option or a more involved live coaching experience, we have a format to suit your needs.

Two ways to be coached
Written Video Feedback
Our lower-cost option, designed for schools seeking external support and advice at minimal cost. Teachers submit a video of their teaching to an EMP coach at whatever frequency works for them, and videos may be of any duration.
Live Coaching Consult
A more involved coaching option: a 30-minute consult with an EMP coach, scheduled at a mutually convenient time. The teacher brings a video of their teaching, which the coach watches alongside them while providing live analysis and feedback.
