Returns and Refund Policy

We want to ensure that your Explicit Mathematics Program (EMP) resources arrive correctly and in good condition.

Change of Mind or Incorrect Ordering

Please choose your resources and quantities carefully before placing your order.

EMP does not accept returns or provide refunds or exchanges where a customer has changed their mind, ordered an incorrect year level or resource, ordered an incorrect quantity, or no longer requires the products.

This does not affect any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

If a product supplied by EMP is faulty, damaged in transit, materially different from the product ordered, or we have supplied an incorrect product or quantity, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after receiving your order.

Please provide your order number, details of the issue and, where appropriate, photographs showing any damage or fault. This helps us resolve the issue quickly.

Where applicable, EMP will arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement of the affected product, a refund, or another remedy available under the Australian Consumer Law.

Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in this Returns and Refund Policy is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law.
